Welcome to our website – the place to find information about Jaynic’s proposals for the future of Shepherds Grove Estate.

Following a public consultation in Summer 2025, the Masterplan for the site was approved at the West Suffolk Council Cabinet meeting in November.  

This means the next stage of the process can begin, which is the preparation and submission of a Hybrid Planning Application to West Suffolk Council. We would appreciate hearing your views and feedback on the proposed development and Design Code.

Jaynic and the Community Communications Partnership are holding this community engagement to ensure local residents, local businesses and other stakeholders can learn about the vision for the site and give us your feedback prior to a hybrid planning application being submitted to West Suffolk Council.
