These roles will support local contractors, suppliers and the wider construction sector, and Employment once the businesses are in operation.

Once complete, the development will generate substantial long-term employment:

This includes direct employment within the business park and indirect jobs supported through supply chains and local services.

Money into the Public Pot

The development will deliver significant ongoing financial benefits:

 

£1.6m in retained Business Rates annually for West Suffolk Council

£4m total Business Rates income per year for the wider public sector

£35m net public sector benefit over the lifetime of the development
